- What happens when I hit three catalogs on Free?
- Nothing breaks. Your existing catalogs keep working, keep taking enquiries and keep collecting analytics — you just can't create a fourth until you delete one or upgrade.
- Do you take a cut of orders?
- No. Enquiries go straight from your catalog to your inbox, and we're not in the payment path at all.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the billing portal in Settings. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then the account drops back to Free — nothing is deleted.
- What counts as a catalog?
- One published document, whether it came from your store URL, a CSV or an imported PDF. Drafts count too, because they're the same thing before you share them.
- Is there a limit on readers or views?
- No. Share a catalog with ten people or ten thousand — the price doesn't change.
- Do you offer annual invoicing or VAT receipts?
- Yes. Yearly billing is on the toggle above, and every payment produces a proper invoice with your VAT details from the billing portal.
