UP-TO-DATE Catalog
For wholesale and B2B

A price list your buyers can order from

Send one link instead of a 40-page PDF attachment. Buyers browse, tick what they want with quantities, and the order lands in your inbox — with their name, company and phone attached.

No account needed — see your catalog first, sign up only if you like it.

The PDF price list is where B2B sales go to die

It gets emailed, forwarded, printed, and answered three weeks later with a WhatsApp message asking whether item 47 is still available. You can't tell who opened it, which pages they read, or what they nearly ordered.

  • Attachments bounce, get compressed, or sit unopened in a full inbox.
  • Orders come back as free-text emails you retype into your system.
  • Prices change and the version out in the wild is the old one.
  • You have no idea which buyer looked, or at what.

How it works

Three steps, and the first one is a URL.

  1. 01

    Bring in your range

Paste your website or upload a CSV of products, prices and photos. If your price list is already a PDF, import that instead — it becomes a searchable flipbook with the same link, ordering and tracking.

  2. 02

    Set who can see it

Keep it on a private link, put a shared password in front of it, or make a separate tracked link per buyer. Update a price and everyone's link shows the new one.

  3. 03

    Take the order

Buyers tick items and quantities as they browse and send an enquiry with their contact details. You reply to the email and you're talking to them directly.

What you get

Built for how you actually sell

The same product as everyone else's, pointed at your problem.

Quantities, not just interest

The selection drawer keeps a running list with quantities. What arrives in your inbox is an order to quote against, not a vague 'I like these'.

A link per buyer

Give each account its own tracking link and get an email the moment they open it — plus how far they read.

Password and private modes

Trade pricing shouldn't be public. Lock a catalog with a shared password, keep it private, or restrict which sites may embed it.

One version, always current

Change a price in the editor and every link you've ever sent shows it. No reissued PDFs, no 'please discard the previous version'.

Your branding, not ours

Your logo and business name in the reader and on every email a buyer receives. On Pro, your own domain too.

Print when you need to

A trade show still wants paper. Export the same catalog as a print-ready PDF, one page per sheet.

Pages that look designed, because they are

Full-bleed photography, spreads that cross the fold, section openers and a closing quote — laid out from the images and copy you already have.

Rendered live by the same engine that builds your catalog. Open a full one

Questions we actually get asked

Do my buyers need an account?
No. They open a link, browse, and send an enquiry with their name and email. Nothing to sign up for, which is the whole point.
Can I hide prices from the public?
Yes — set the catalog to private, or put a shared password in front of it. You can also rotate the link if it's been forwarded too far.
We have 800 SKUs. Is that a problem?
No. Import from your site or a CSV, and the catalog is generated with sections, a contents page and a searchable index.
Does it integrate with our ERP?
Not directly yet. Enquiries land in your dashboard and in your email, with items and quantities laid out so they're quick to transfer.
